As a premier service organization, all members are required to have a Volunteer Occupational Specialty (VOS). Most of what we do can be planned well in advance. Others, like funerals, are short notice events. Choose the VOS that best suits your motivation and schedule. That VOS is your primary focus activity, however; you may be called upon to participate in additional activities as the need arises. As Marines, we always accomplish our mission. Teamwork is the key to our success. VOS opportunities are based on our Purpose - HONOR · ASSIST · EDUCATE
